Location: Thane
- Handle backend sales operations, update MIS & CRM daily.
- Prepare offers, quotations, MAF, test reports, GTP, PI, vendor credentials.
- Coordinate with design team & clients for technical clarifications.
- Manage ERP order punching & internal coordination.
- Maintain order-related documents, CRM entries & inspection communication.
- Respond to customer inquiries and assist in quotation making.
- Must have knowledge of power/distribution transformers.
- Strong technical background with good communication skills required
