- Receive and check batteries at CFA
- Conduct basic and technical battery testing
- Verify documents and warranty cards
- Maintain testing area and records
- Coordinate with Advisors and TGY team
- Minimum ITI / Diploma in Electrical or related field
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email)
- 1-2 years of experience in battery or service industry (preferred)
- Ability to read and match serial numbers and documents
