Job Title: Business Development Executive – Recruitment Consultancy
We are a growing recruitment consultancy looking for a motivated Business Development professional who can help us acquire corporate clients for hiring needs.
- Identify and connect with companies looking to hire.
- Build long-term client relationships.
- Bring in quality clients (not just numbers).
- Commission-based role (earn 10–15% of billing per client)
- Flexible working (remote / part-time / freelance)
- No earning limit – higher clients, higher commission
- Prior experience in sales / BD / client acquisition
- Corporate network in HR or decision-makers is a big plus
