We are looking for a
skilled and reliable individual with hands-on experience in using Busy Accounting Software to manage daily billing, inventory, and basic accounts at our retail shop in Karol Bagh. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, efficient, and capable of managing the day-to-day store operations in a fast-paced retail environment.- Operate and manage Busy Software/Tally for daily billing and stock entries
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records
- Generate GST-compliant invoices and manage sales reports
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the purchase team for timely replenishments
- Assist in stock audits and monthly reconciliations
- Manage basic cash and bank entries as required
- Address customer queries and provide billing support when needed
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry of transactions
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with Busy Accounting Software/Tally
- Familiarity with stock management and GST billing
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and handle customer-facing roles when needed
- Must be punctual and dependable
