(Sales) Booking Coordinator – Roles & Responsibilities


  • Primary Role


Act as the first point of contact for customers, managing inquiries, converting leads into confirmed bookings, and ensuring a seamless client experience.


  • Key Responsibilities


  • Lead Management & Follow-ups
  • Handle inbound & outbound customer inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, social media, walk-ins).
  • Respond promptly with accurate details of packages, pricing, and services.
  • Maintain CRM records of leads and their status.
  • Sales Conversion
  • Understand client needs and suggest suitable rooms/packages.
  • Persuade potential clients with offers, add-ons, and upselling options.
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly booking targets.
  • Customer Engagement & Relations
  • Build trust through professional and friendly communication.
  • Provide venue tours (physical/virtual) to increase conversion chances.
  • Maintain strong relationships with repeat customers and referrals.
  • Coordination with Teams
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of booked events.
  • Share customer requirements (decorations, cakes, add-ons, timings) clearly.
  • Reporting & Analysis
  • Track daily leads, conversions, and cancellations.
  • Prepare weekly booking reports for management.
  • Suggest improvements in sales strategies and customer approach.
  • Professionalism & Discipline
  • Maintain punctuality and consistency in follow-ups.
  • Uphold company values while representing the brand.


Job Type: Full-time


Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
