Job Description:
We are hiring a proactive and experienced Branch Manager to manage operations and business development across our branches in Alappuzha. The ideal candidate must have a background in banking and sales, with a proven track record of achieving targets and leading a team efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Build and maintain customer relationships, ensuring excellent service delivery.
Develop sales strategies and implement effective marketing plans to drive growth.
Ensure branch compliance with regulatory and company policies.
Monitor performance, prepare reports, and provide timely feedback to management.
Conduct regular training and motivation sessions for staff.
Candidate Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in banking and sales (mandatory).
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple branch locations effectively.
Proficient in MS Office and branch management systems.
