Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage and supervise daily branch operations, including documentation, reporting, and compliance.
  • Ensure smooth processing of financial transactions, customer requests, and service operations.
  • Handle cash management, account reconciliation, and inventory control.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
  • Maintain records and prepare reports on operational performance and branch activities.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, banking regulations (if applicable), and audit requirements.
  • Assist in resolving customer complaints and escalations in a timely manner.
  • Support business development activities and contribute to the overall growth of the branch.


Qualifications & Skills:


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: 0-3 years of experience in operations, banking, or branch management preferred.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and operational software (ERP, CRM, or banking systems).
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.


Job Types: Full-time, Permanent


Pay: ₹10,011.37 - ₹20,466.37 per month
