We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled
IT Consultant to join our Engineering - Software department. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of six years of experience in the IT services industry, with at least four years in a dedicated consulting role. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between business requirements and technical solutions, ensuring the successful delivery of software projects.- Analyze business needs and translate them into technical specifications, including creating workflow charts, diagrams, and documentation (SRS, FRS).
- Act as the primary liaison between end-users and software development teams, managing expectations and resolving complex issues.
- Design, develop, and implement efficient IT systems and solutions to meet business and technology needs.
- Maintain, modify, and manage software systems, and applications throughout their lifecycle.
- Develop and execute comprehensive testing procedures to confirm program functionality and performance.
- Research and recommend new technologies and best practices to enhance system performance and business processes.
- Coordinate with developers to ensure timely and effective implementation of technology solutions.
- B.E/B.Tech (CS or IT) or MCA.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in the IT services industry, with at least 4 years as an IT Consultant.
- Proven ability to manage projects from conception to completion.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with the latest technology trends and software development methodologies.
