Business Analyst

The position will be part of DI organisation in India based out of the Bangalore office, which is an integral part of Airbus IT department and is building and operating new business platforms and services adopting new technologies, automation, digital native skills and agile ways of working to accelerate our digitalization journey. D is about making the benefits of digital technologies available to Airbus so we can bring value to market much faster, while retaining quality and scale. Challenges are numerous and exciting!

• Responsible for supporting the infrastructure Governance team for Data Analysis on Demand Management and TCO activities for critical business insights.
  
• Support TCO initiatives with the PSL Leader and the Business Representatives and be accountable for various dashboards for the same.
  
• Animate dashboard and visualisation on the reports and deliver just in time dashboard on a recurring basis on time and quality.
  
• Analyse multiple sources of data and map them to various requirements from the PSL objectives through reporting on time and quality.
  
• Conducts in-depth discovery meetings, targeted at understanding, capturing, and identifying the complex business requirements and operational objectives of the customer, with recommendations on Reporting.
  
• Develop KPIs in Google Sheets or Qlik to be used by DI Governance team.
  

• Degree in Engineering / Computer Science and / or relevant professional certificate(s).
  
• At least 3 years of professional experience in managing ITIL Services along with KPIs ,Data analysis, preferably request management/ Change management/ Problem management/ Business Intelligence reporting tools - QLIK Sense , Power BI etc.
  
• Experience with process analysis, design, and implementation; business and technical requirements and UAT
  
• Expertise with Google Workspace - Slide & Sheet, ServiceNow, Jira or any similar tool.
  
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and Google Sheet/Excel skills.
  
• Excellent presentation and communication skills (oral and written) in English, with the ability to interact confidently, at all levels of management.
  
• Basic project management awareness.
  
• Be a highly driven, autonomous, and resilient and team player with a strong work ethic.
  
• Enjoy working in a dynamic, innovative and multi-cultural team / business environment.
