Enovexa Solutions is seeking a

Business Development Associate (BDA) to grow our client base in digital marketing and creative design services. The role involves lead generation, pitching services, building relationships, and supporting the sales process. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English, along with the drive to achieve business growth.


Key Responsibilities


  • Research and identify potential clients through online/offline channels.
  • Reach out to prospects via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
  • Pitch Enovexa’s digital marketing & design services effectively in Hindi and English.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and client communication materials.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with timely follow-ups.
  • Support the Business Development team in achieving monthly targets.
  • Maintain accurate sales and client interaction records using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams for campaigns and client projects.


Requirements


  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (preferred in digital marketing/creative industries).
  • Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory (spoken & written).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and adaptable.
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn outreach, lead generation platforms, or CRM tools (preferred).


Education & Experience


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in sales or business development (freshers with strong communication skills in Hindi & English are welcome).
