• Business Development & Client Acquisition
  
• Identify potential leads and reach out to prospective clients through calls, emails, and online platforms.
  
• Present and explain Eatbay’s services and platform to prospective clients, addressing their business needs and objectives.
  
• Client Onboarding & Training
  
• Guide new clients through the onboarding process.
  
• Provide comprehensive training to clients on how to use the Eatbay platform effectively.
  
• Client Support & Relationship Management
  
• Act as the first point of contact for client queries and support requests.
  
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  
• Gather client feedback and collaborate with internal teams to enhance platform features.
  
• Product Development Collaboration
  
• Actively participate in brainstorming and feedback sessions to contribute ideas for new features, improvements, and enhancements.
  
• Coordinate with the product team to align client needs with development priorities.
  
• Digital Presence Management
  
• Handle and monitor Eatbay’s social media profiles and website content updates.
  
• Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute social media campaigns and engagement activities.
  
• Reporting & Documentation
  
• Maintain records of client interactions, deals, and updates using CRM tools.
  
• Prepare regular reports on business development performance and client feedback.
  

• MBA / BBA / Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
  
• Fluency in English
  
• Candidates from an IT-related background will be an added advantage.
  
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  
• Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them to non-technical users.
  
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and website content management.
  
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently as well as in a team.
  

• 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST (Aligning with UK Business Hours)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,500.00 per month
