Job Summary:


We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven

Business Development Executive to support our growth strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across target markets.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs as defined by the management.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and new business prospects.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns, promotions, and lead generation.
  • Represent the brand at industry events, meetings, and client presentations.
  • Prepare and deliver business proposals, reports, and performance analytics.
  • Maintain a well-organized database of prospects and leads using CRM tools.


Key Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Experience in wellness, healthcare, FMCG, or Ayurvedic sectors is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.


Job Type: Full-time


Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
