Position Overview:


We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join Dreamstead


Interactive. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the


growth and success of our organization by identifying and securing new business opportunities,


building strong client relationships and expanding our client base in various industries.


Responsibilities:


  • Identify and Target Prospects: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and target industries.
  • New Business Development: Proactively seek out and secure new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and leveraging existing contacts. Generate leads, qualify prospects, and convert them into long-term clients.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals, pitches, and presentations tailored to client requirements.
  • Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline opportunities.
  • Collaboration and Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams including creative, production, and post-production to ensure seamless execution of projects.


Requirements:


  • Minimum 1 year of experience in business development or sales within media production or related industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to close deals and achieve revenue targets.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities, with a focus on creating long-term partnerships.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Prior experience in the media production industry, advertising, or marketing is a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
