We are looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive Admission Counsellor to guide prospective students and their parents through the admission process. The role involves counselling, follow-ups, and ensuring successful conversions while maintaining excellent communication and relationship management.
- Counsel prospective students and parents about courses, admission process, eligibility, and career opportunities.
- Handle walk-ins, phone calls, and online inquiries effectively.
- Maintain and update student databases for follow-up and conversion tracking.
- Conduct regular follow-ups through calls, emails, and messages to ensure successful admissions.
- Participate in admission events, seminars, and promotional activities.
- Meet monthly/quarterly admission and conversion targets.
- Collaborate with the academic and marketing teams to improve outreach and student experience.
- Graduate in any discipline (Education/Marketing background preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience as an Admission Counsellor / Student Counsellor / Academic Counsellor.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills.
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
