About the Role


As a Business Development Executive, you will play a dual role: guiding students toward the right career choices and driving


institutional sales. This is an excellent opportunity for ambitious individuals to grow in the education and training industry while


working from home.


Key Roles & Responsibilities


Student Counseling: Guide students in selecting suitable career options, courses, or training programs.


Sales & Admissions: Convert inquiries into enrollments through effective counseling and follow-up.


Institutional Sales: Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and training centers to generate leads and


partnerships.


Business & Marketing Strategies: Assist in creating and executing strategies to drive student enrollments and partnerships.


Team Management: Train, guide, and manage junior team members for consistent performance.


Market Research: Track competitor activities, industry trends, and student needs to refine strategies.


Client Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships with students, parents, and institutional partners.


Marketing & Outreach: Support campaigns (online/offline) to attract more students.


Reporting: Maintain accurate sales/counseling records and provide regular updates to management.


Target Achievement: Consistently achieve monthly/quarterly business targets.


What We’re Looking For


Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.


Proactive, self-motivated, and result-oriented.


Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities with ownership.


Prior experience in counseling, business development, or sales (preferred, not mandatory).


Educational Qualification


MBA(Preferred) / CSE / BCA / MCA / Any computer-related degree.


Candidates with a strong background in business, IT, or education sales will have an added advantage.

Compensation Structure


During Probation Period (6 Months):


Stipend Base Pay: ₹1,000 – ₹5,000 per month


Variable Incentives: ₹5,000 – ₹10,000 per month


Total Potential Earnings: ₹6,000 – ₹15,000 per month


Post-Probation (After 6 Months):


Base Pay: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month


Variable Incentives: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month


Total Potential Earnings: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
