We are seeking a
highly motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential leads, conducting cold calls, nurturing prospects, handling objections, and converting them into long-term clients. The role requires strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to build relationships through consistent follow-ups and tailored sales approaches. Key responsibilities include researching potential clients, making outbound calls and emails, conducting sales meetings, negotiating contracts, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM. The candidate must be results-driven, proactive, and capable of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Experience in cold calling, lead nurturing, and CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho is preferred.
