We are hiring a dynamic Business Growth Executive & Business Development Executive who can drive lead generation efforts, manage LinkedIn outreach campaigns, and build strong relationships with potential clients. - Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, and digital platforms.
- Build and maintain a sales pipeline via research, cold outreach, and networking.
- Pitch customized IT solutions for web and mobile development based on client needs.
- Conduct virtual meetings and product demos with prospects.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and follow-up documentation.
- Maintain CRM entries and update lead status regularly.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in IT sales, business development, or lead generation.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills in English.
- Experience with LinkedIn marketing and professional networking.
- Ability to explain technical services in simple language.
- Goal-driven and self-motivated approach to sales.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
