Job role: Business development Executive / Manager
Location: Injambakkam- Chennai
Experience Level: Freshers / Experienced
- Contact regular and prospective customers to demonstrate products, explain features, and solicit orders
- Identify potential customers through directories, referrals, clubs, trade shows, and conferences
- Recommend suitable products to customers based on their needs and interests, providing product samples and catalogues
- Answer customer questions about products, pricing, availability, and credit terms
- Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates
- Prepare drawings, estimates, and bids tailored to specific customer needs
- Conduct opportunity and competitive analysis to identify new business avenues
- Perform administrative duties such as preparing sales budgets and reports, maintaining sales records, and filing expense reports.
- Prepare daily sales reports, sales contracts, and order forms
- Plan, assemble, and stock product displays in the retail store
