We are seeking an ambitious and energetic Business Development Executive to help us expand our customer base. This role requires strong communication, research, and relationship-building skills. Unlike direct sales, the focus is on identifying opportunities, generating qualified leads, and nurturing business relationships that drive long-term growth.
Identify potential clients through online research, networking, and market analysis.
Generate and qualify leads via LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to build trust and business opportunities.
Schedule meetings and product/service demos with prospects.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align growth strategies.
Maintain CRM and update lead databases regularly.
Contribute ideas for new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred, not mandatory).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to research and identify new markets and opportunities.
Comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office, or Google Workspace.
Prior experience in business development/lead generation is a plus.
