Business Development Manager (B2B)at Raniwala JewelersDevelop and implement plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
-Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Gems and Jewellery industry.
-Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.
-Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities.
-Collaborate with teams on sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
-Deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients.
-Negotiate and close deals with favorable terms
-Analyze sales data and market trends for continuous improvement.
-Provide regular sales performance and market insights reports.
-Stay current with industry developments and attend trade shows and networking events.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
-Proven track record in sales and business development within the Gems and Jewellery industry.
-Strong knowledge of Gems and Jewellery products, market trends, and industry dynamics.
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.-Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
-Self-motivated and results-driven.-Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.-Willingness to travel as needed.
