· Contacting potential brokers to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
· Identifying new Properties for purchase and understanding their feasibility
· Ability to purchase Property and negotiate terms with owners.
· Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
· Ability to assess and analyse new markets and opportunities, carry out thorough market
surveys and research and develop appropriate growth strategies.
· Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
· Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are
met.
· Bachelor’s degree
· Should have a minimum experience of 8 to 10 years
· Experience in sales, marketing or related field in the Real Estate industry.
· Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive and handle uncertainty and ability
to manage complex projects and multi-task.
· Strong communication/ organizational skills and IT fluency.
· Comfortable using a computer for various tasks

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
