Position Overview:


AIMP is looking for a highly motivated

Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our remote team. This role offers the opportunity to work from anywhere, with the responsibility of driving growth through new business acquisition, nurturing client relationships, and identifying strategic opportunities. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, passionate about technology, and experienced in building relationships with key decision-makers.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Business Development:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the tech industry and target markets, focusing on AIMP’s innovative solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with potential and existing clients, particularly C-level executives and key decision-makers.
  • Develop and execute targeted business development strategies to drive company growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to identify new market opportunities.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution:
  • Own the full sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to craft tailored solutions and marketing strategies that meet client needs.
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demos, highlighting the value proposition of AIMP’s products and services.
  • Track sales performance using CRM tools, analyze data, and provide reports on key metrics and growth opportunities.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Nurture existing client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication and a positive customer experience.
  • Work closely with product and support teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered on time.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer success to ensure alignment on client needs and company objectives.
  • Provide input and feedback on product enhancements based on market and client demands.
  • Share industry insights, market trends, and competitive intelligence with the team.


Key Qualifications:


  • Experience:
  • At least 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the tech or SaaS industry.
  • Proven track record of acquiring new business, closing deals, and managing client relationships.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales tracking tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Skills:
  • Strong understanding of technology solutions and how they apply to businesses.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior executives and key stakeholders.
  • Data-driven approach to sales, with the ability to assess market opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.


Job Type: Full-time


Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
