We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth and expansion of our brand across Maharashtra and Goa. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, and channel development, with a passion for the Sales & Marketing/ FMCG/Food & Beverage industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Retail Operations: Oversee retail operations across company-owned and franchised outlets, analyzing sales performance and suggesting improvements.
2. Channel Development: Expand distribution channels, onboard new resellers and dealers, and support logistics and supply chain planning.
3. Marketing & Branding: Coordinate with the internal marketing team to implement campaigns, monitor competitors' activities, and organize events.
4. Reporting & Strategy: Prepare business development reports, provide sales forecasts, and analyze data to drive decision-making.
