Jalandhar Branch (Full-time)
- Develop and execute business strategies to attract new clients and increase revenue.
- Generate leads and convert them into paying clients through meetings, follow-ups, and consultation scheduling.
- Promote wellness and cosmetology services in the local market.
- Build strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and provide regular sales updates to management.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis to improve business performance.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales/business development (preferably in wellness, beauty, or healthcare sector).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in fieldwork, client pitching, and consultation.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and result-driven attitude.
- Willingness to complete 15-day unpaid training in Chandigarh.
9:30 AM – 7:00 PM (6 days and 1 day week off alternate monday to Friday )
