We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to lead CSRfocused initiatives in skill development across the Thane and Mumbai region. The role will involve identifying CSR opportunities, building strategic partnerships with corporates, NGOs, and government bodies, and driving sustainable skill development projects that create impact in the community.
- Identify and develop CSR project opportunities in the domain of skill development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate CSR teams, NGOs, and other
- stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal training and academic teams to design impactful project proposals.
- Develop and submit CSR project proposals, MoUs, and funding pitches.
- Drive end-to-end execution of CSR skill development projects in line with compliance and
- donor requirements.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on project progress and outcomes.
- Stay updated with CSR regulations, government policies, and industry trends.
- Represent the organization at CSR events, forums, and stakeholder meetings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Social Work, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 5–8 years of experience in business development, CSR, or skill development projects.
- Proven track record of managing CSR-funded programs.
- Strong networking and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication, proposal writing, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of CSR laws (Companies Act, 2013) and CSR project compliance.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
