Job Description


We're looking for a marketing + bizdev powerhouse who can own and execute AI-led growth at scale. This role isn't just sales — it's about using the latest AI tools to automate outreach, generate leads, close deals, and build predictable revenue pipelines for our AI training, advisory, and services business.

Requirements


What You'll Do:


Run automated, AI-driven outreach via email, LinkedIn, and text using Zoho + AI assistants.


Manage and optimize Zoho CRM pipelines, Zoho SalesIQ, and integrate chatbots to drive engagement.


Track and pursue government RFPs (India/US), tenders, and strategic programs.


Identify & contact the right decision-makers via campaigns targeting industries (e.g., Healthcare Quarter).


Plan, launch, and track campaigns including freemium tools, blogs, and resource-led outreach.


Feed all responses into Zoho, track follow-ups, and route qualified leads to technical presales.


Own the top-of-funnel strategy: from opportunity detection to booked meeting.


Attend/track industry events and sniff out sponsor/speaking/partnership opportunities.


What You Bring:


3–7 years of experience in business development or growth marketing (bonus: AI/SaaS/tech training space).


Hands-on experience with AI tools for outreach (Apollo, Clay, ChatGPT, Lavender, etc.).


Comfortable building email + LinkedIn automation sequences.


Experience running CRM systems like Zoho, and integrating SalesIQ/chatbots.


Proven ability to build and close a pipeline, hit targets, and generate high-quality meetings.


Curiosity, hustle, creativity — and a love for automation.


Bonus If You:


Know how to use tools like Scrapy, Phantombuster, or browser automation for lead scraping.


Have worked with L&D, HR, digital transformation teams, or government buyers.


Can create compelling copy and landing pages for outreach.
