We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Officer with a background in health insurance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with partner insurance companies, driving business growth, and ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with branch teams of partner insurance companies.
Drive premium financing through the Agency channel by engaging with agents, branch staff, and key stakeholders.
Identify new business opportunities within assigned branches and deliver consistent sales results.
Conduct regular branch visits, training programs, and engagement activities to support partner teams.
Monitor business performance metrics and provide insights to improve productivity.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and resolve partner queries effectively.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments in the health insurance domain.
2–3 years of experience in sales/business development within the health insurance sector.
Strong knowledge of the Agency channel and its dynamics.
Proven track record of driving sales and achieving business targets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
Self-motivated, solution-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Willingness to travel extensively across assigned locations.
