As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be the vital link between complex data and strategic decision-making within our Customer Experience organization. Your mission is to translate business needs into powerful, automated analytics and visualizations. Collaborating closely with business stakeholders and technical teams, you will build and scale BI solutions that provide clear, actionable insights, directly shaping the future of our customer support initiatives and driving operational excellence.
Work across teams to understand metrics and document clear business requirements for BI analyses, reports, and dashboards. Ensure solutions address stakeholder needs while maintaining strong alignment with organisational priorities.
Build interactive, visually impactful dashboards and analytics using
Tableau. Efficiently source, structure, and process large datasets utilizing Snowflakes. Design dashboards and reports that clearly communicate key insights, enabling stakeholders to make data-driven decisions.Contribute to the automation and scaling of BI workflows using
Python, SQL and related scripting technologies. Focus on increasing efficiency, reducing manual effort, and ensuring accuracy/repeatability in data analytics processes.Advocate for and implement documented guidelines and standard procedures for BI automation and dashboard development. Share methods and recommendations that support scalable, robust analytics solutions.
Participate in development and refinement of Customer Experience (CX) BI frameworks, bringing actionable data insights to initiative design and ongoing improvements.
Work closely with IT, engineering, and business teams through regular planning meetings to ensure BI solutions are integrated with broader organizational goals, are scalable, and aligned with enterprise objectives.
