- Handle daily trade settlements including pay-in/pay-out of securities and funds.
- Perform reconciliations between internal systems and depository/exchange data (NSDL/CDSL/NSE/BSE).
- Monitor and manage client obligations, margin requirements, and corporate actions.
- Ensure timely processing of funds and securities settlement in coordination with custodians, banks, and clearing members.
- Liaise with clearing corporations (e.g., NSCCL, ICCL) for trade confirmations and settlement status.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts related to trade settlements and client positions.
- Handle break resolution and follow-up for settlement mismatches or failures.
- Prepare daily MIS reports, settlement summaries, and client reports.
- Stay updated with SEBI guidelines, exchange circulars, and regulatory changes affecting settlement processes.
- Support in audit, compliance, and internal control checks related to clearing and settlement operations
