Key Responsibilities


  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls with patients, parents and leads.
  • Explain SmileGuard’s preventive care packages and guide patients through enrollment.
  • Maintain professional and empathetic communication to build trust.
  • Update patient responses, feedback and appointment details in the system/spreadsheet.
  • Coordinate with clinics and internal teams to confirm appointments and follow-ups.
  • Assist in answering patient queries related to services, pricing, and benefits.
  • Maintain call logs and share daily/weekly reports with management.


Requirements


  • Minimum Graduate with good communication skills.
  • Prior experience in telecalling, call center or customer service preferred.
  • Ability to handle calls in Telugu, Hindi and English (multilingual preferred).
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools).
  • Good listening skills, patience, and customer-friendly attitude.


What We Offer Fixed salary in the range of ₹10,000 – ₹17,000 per month (based on experience & skills).
