We are seeking a dynamic, organized, and proactive
Campus Administrator to oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of our campus. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative, logistical, and facility-related functions, while ensuring a safe, efficient, and student-centered environment.- Supervise and coordinate all campus operations including hostel, mess, and maintenance.
- Ensure timely implementation of school policies and processes across departments.
- Act as the primary point of contact for staff coordination, issue resolution, and campus support.
- Monitor attendance systems, safety protocols, and staff performance.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative heads to support academic schedules and events.
- Maintain updated records related to inventory, compliance, and logistics.
- Liaise with vendors, contractors, and external service providers.
- Facilitate parent communications regarding campus-related concerns.
- Bachelor�s degree required (Master�s preferred).
- Minimum 3�5 years of administrative or operational experience, preferably in an educational or residential institution.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage a team efficiently.
- Tech-savvy and familiar with basic administrative software tools.
- Experience in hostel/school administration is a plus.
