As a Capabilities and Insights Analytics (C&I-A) Analyst at QuantumBlack, you will work in multi-disciplinary environments harnessing data to provide real-world impact for organizations globally.

While we advocate for using the right tech for the right task, we often leverage the following technologies: Python, SQL, PySpark, Kedro, Tableau, KNIME and more.

As a C&I Analytics analyst, you will:* Solve the hardest business problems with our clients in multiple industries worldwide while leading research and development of state-of-the-art analytical and automation models

• Play a leading role in bringing the latest advances in business intelligence, data engineering, AI to our clients, collaborating with industry executives and QuantumBlack experts to find and execute opportunities to improve business performance using data and advanced analytical models
  
• Work with clients closely to understand the business needs and set up end-to-end analytical models to help them harness the power of data using business intelligence and analytical tools
  
• Work with QuantumBlack leadership and client executives to understand business problems and map them to state-of-the-art analytics and AI solutions
  
• Work closely with other data scientists, data engineers, machine learning engineers and designers to build end-to-end analytics solutions for our clients that drive real impact in the real world
  
• Perhaps most importantly, you will work in one of the most talented and diverse analytics teams in the world
  

You will work with other data scientists, data/ML engineers, BI experts, designers, project managers and business subject matter experts on interdisciplinary projects across various industry sectors to enable business ambitions with data & analytics.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Bachelor's or master's level in Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics or related fields with an excellent academic record
  
• 2-5 years of deep technical experience in Microsoft Fabric, Tableau or PowerBI, Python and SQL. Exposure to no-code tools for data processing would be an advantage
  
• Advanced programming expertise and ability to write clean, maintainable, scalable and robust code in Python, and SQL in a professional setting
  
• Proven application of building business algorithms/scenario, planners/simulation engines to solve business problems a must
  
• Knowledge in Engineering standards, QA/Risk Management
  
• Client-facing skills e.g. working in close-knit teams on topics such as data engineering, machine learning
  
• Willingness to travel to both domestic and international destinations
  
• Good presentation and communication skills, with a knack for explaining complex analytical concepts and insights to technical as well as non-technical audiences
