The Sales Consultant is responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service in the automobile sector. This role involves assisting customers throughout the purchasing process, from initial inquiry to final sale, and ensuring a positive experience that encourages repeat business.
· Greet customers warmly and assess their needs to provide tailored vehicle recommendations.
· Provide detailed information on vehicle specifications, benefits, and competitive advantages.
· Guide customers through the entire sales process, including test drives, trade-in evaluations, and closing the sale.
· Handle post-sale inquiries and resolve any issues related to the purchase.
· Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics set by the management.
· Prepare reports on sales performance and customer feedback.
· Previous experience in sales, preferably in the automobile industry.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
· Proficiency in using dealership management software and basic computer applications.
