We are a leading automobile dealership located in Chennai, specializing in both new and pre-owned vehicles. Our state-of-the-art service centers. We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to oversee operations and ensure exceptional service delivery.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback related to vehicle servicing and maintenance.
  
• Schedule and coordinate service appointments, ensuring efficient use of workshop resources and timely completion of services.
  
• Assist customers in understanding their vehicle's maintenance or repair options and answer customer questions before they are scheduled with a Technician.
  
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints promptly, liaising with service technicians and other departments as necessary.
  
• Track and analyze customer feedback through surveys, reviews, and direct interactions to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  
• Supervise and train customer care representatives, fostering a customer-centric culture within the team.
  
• Prepare and present periodic reports on customer service performance, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
  
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
  
• Work closely with the service and sales teams to align customer care strategies with overall business objectives.
  

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME), Diploma in Automobile Engineering (DAE), or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (BE).
  
• Atleast 2 years in automobile service operations or workshop management.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
  
• Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  
• Knowledge of automotive service processes and terminology
  

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
