We are looking for an experienced
Car Service Advisor to join our team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in handling customer interactions, service coordination, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the vehicle servicing process.- Act as the primary point of contact for customers visiting the service center.
- Understand customer needs and accurately record service requirements.
- Provide service estimates, explain repair details, and obtain approvals.
- Coordinate with the workshop team to ensure timely completion of services and repairs.
- Maintain regular communication with customers regarding the status of their vehicles.
- Ensure adherence to company service quality standards and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Handle service-related queries, complaints, and escalate issues when required.
- Maintain service records and ensure proper documentation.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Service Advisor in the automobile industry.
- Strong knowledge of car service operations and processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain technical issues in a customer-friendly manner.
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-centric approach with a focus on service excellence.
