Centre Head. This position is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Centre, ensuring efficiency and optimal performance.- Drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.
- Convert inquiries into admissions.
- Implement outdoor marketing campaigns in the designated territory.
- Participate in lead generation activities such as events, roadshows, and in-centre activities.
- Ensure staff retention and team motivation.
- Execute assigned KRAs and implement new strategies.
- Ensure smooth academic implementation.
- Maximize revenue opportunities.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong leadership and managerial abilities.
- Ability to mentor and lead a team.
- Innovative and strategic thinker.
- Experience in admissions, counselling, and team handling.
- Strong diplomatic, persuasive, social, and interpersonal skills.
