â— Proven experience as a Field Sales Executive in the freight forwarding or Custom Clearance or Shipping or logistics industry

English, Hindi & Telugu speaking and writing with good communication skills is mandatoryâ— In-depth knowledge of international logistics including but not limited to freight forwarding processes, Jargons, regulations, and industry standards
â— Excellent verbal and written communication skills especially in English
â— Demonstrated ability to meet and sales target
â— Should have experience in handling field sales meetings i.e meeting with clients and building relationships and understanding their needs.
â— Strong negotiation & closing skills
â— Customer- centric approach with a passion for building and maintaining client relationships
â— Self motivated and results oriented
â— Answering inbound queries with technical know-how and expertise
â— Identify and approach potential customers, both individuals and businesses, to generate sales leads.
â— Prepare and present competitive proposals and contracts to clients
â— Identify and target potential clients in various industries by analyzing data
â— Doing and Maintaining strong follow-ups and meetings to ensure the client is well catered to and responded
â— Instructing and managing Data and Research team for finding potential contacts and clients
â— Fixing appointments and creating schedule and meetings for approaching the right set of targeted clients
â— Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
â— Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients.
â— Meet or exceed projected sales numbers by closing clients and negotiating contracts
â— Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and marketing campaigns
â— Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adapt sales tactics accordingly
