- Oversee daily accounting, banking operations, trade payables, and receivables.
- Manage cash flow, conduct bank reconciliations, and maintain vendor and customer records.
- Finalize group accounts and prepare provisional balance sheets, cash flow statements, and MIS reports.
- Ensure compliance with RERA, the Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and other statutory guidelines.
- Liaise with auditors for group audits and resolve audit queries.
- Provide financial support for upcoming real estate projects, including understanding real estate financial modelling.
- Analyze real estate valuation principles and manage investments and insurance.
- Prepare consolidated financial statements and MIS reports for management and board presentations.
- Implement and improve internal controls and processes within the finance function.
- Qualification: A qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) is essential.
- Industry Experience: Mandatory experience in the real estate sector.
- In-depth knowledge of Ind AS (Indian Accounting Standards) and consolidation techniques.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Tally along with advance MS Excel.
