Job Title: Chat Support Executive


Location: Noida
Work Mode: Work from Office
Shift: 24/7 Rotational shift


Job Responsibilities:


  • Handle customer queries via live chat, email, or messaging platforms in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and ensure first-contact resolution wherever possible.
  • Maintain a polite, empathetic, and professional tone throughout interactions.
  • Record customer interactions and update CRM tools.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when needed.
  • Meet performance metrics such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.


Key Requirements:


  • Education: Graduate
  • Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
  • Excellent written communication skills in English.
  • Fast typing speed with accuracy.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, ticketing systems, or chat platforms preferred.


Job Types: Full-time, Fresher


Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
