About Us:

Dass Continental, a reputed 4-star hotel in Thrissur, is known for excellence in hospitality and culinary experiences. We are looking for a versatile Chef de Partie – All-Rounder with strong expertise across multiple cuisines to join our dynamic culinary team.

Role Overview:

The CDP – All-Rounder will handle preparation, cooking, and presentation across various cuisines including Indian, Continental, and South Indian, ensuring consistent quality and guest satisfaction. This role requires adaptability, creativity, and leadership in the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes (Indian, Continental, South Indian, and other cuisines).
  
• Maintain food quality, taste, and presentation according to 4-star standards.
  
• Supervise commis chefs and kitchen staff during operations.
  
• Ensure efficient stock management, minimize wastage, and monitor food costs.
  
• Uphold hygiene, sanitation, and food safety regulations at all times.
  
• Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in menu planning and food promotions.
  
• Deliver timely preparation during peak service hours with consistency.
  

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a CDP in a reputed hotel or restaurant.
  
• Strong knowledge and hands-on skills in multiple cuisines.
  
• Diploma/Certification in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management preferred.
  
• Ability to manage pressure in a busy kitchen environment.
  
• Excellent teamwork, leadership, and communication skills.
