Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our leadership team in Delhi and Dubai. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in investment banking or financial institutions and proven expertise in fundraising for new ventures.

Key Objectives of the Role:

• Engage with banks, financial institutions, and investors for financing, repayment structuring, interest negotiation, and fundraising.
  
• Drive funding activities for our group�s upcoming projects.
  
• Collaborate with global financial institutions like IFC, World Bank, ADB, ECB, foreign banks, ECA financing, OA financing, and credit insurance agencies.
  
• Oversee cash management, investments, insurance, budgeting, and financial reporting to support the company�s long-term financial goals.
  
• Ensure efficient operations through strong fiscal management and internal controls.
  
• Ensure compliance with all local and international financial regulations.
  
• Coordinate the development of capital, operating, and program budgets with relevant departments.
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead fundraising efforts and capital structure optimization for new and ongoing business ventures.
  
• Work with senior management on budget proposals, project financing, compliance, and reporting.
  
• Analyze revenue streams, economic trends, and internal operations to identify cost savings and process improvements.
  
• Manage financial risks and prepare detailed reports for internal and external stakeholders, including earnings calls and board presentations.
  
• Oversee all financial systems and personnel to ensure operational excellence and regulatory compliance.
  
• Serve as the key liaison for investor relations, financial strategy, and M&A activities.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5�10 years of experience in executive financial leadership roles, preferably in renowned firms or investment banking.
  
• Strong experience in international financing and negotiations.
  
• Proven experience in fundraising beyond traditional credit lines.
  
• In-depth knowledge of accounting standards, regulatory frameworks, and taxation.
  
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills (verbal, written, and visual).
  
• High integrity, strategic thinking, and analytical acumen.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master�s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
  
• Experience in international finance, mergers & acquisitions, and investor relations.
  
• Professional certification such as CPA, CFA, or equivalent.
  
• Prior experience working with cross-border teams and multicultural environments.
