Seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in planning, designing, and overseeing construction and maintenance of building structures and infrastructure.
- Project Planning and Design: Lead the planning and design of construction projects, ensuring all specifications and standards are met.
- Construction Supervision: Supervise construction sites and oversee project schedules and resources.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all construction activities comply with quality standards and safety regulations.
- Site Investigation: Conduct site investigations to assess the suitability of the site conditions and determine any potential project risks.
- Problem Solving: Identify project challenges and develop solutions to meet design and construction requirements.
- Software Proficiency: MS-Office
- Experience: 3-4 years of experience as a Civil Engineer in the real estate or construction industry.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or a related field.
- Candidate from Mumbai Location Preferred.
- Interview wil be in person in Mumbai (Sakinaka)
- Experience with advanced construction management software.
- Familiarity with local building regulations in Mumbai.
