We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated
Civil Project Manager to lead and manage industrial construction projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, budgeting, and supervising construction activities while ensuring adherence to quality, timelines, and safety standards.- Manage end-to-end execution of civil works for industrial projects (greenfield/brownfield).
- Prepare project plans, timelines, work schedules, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, clients, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met.
- Review and interpret construction drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Monitor progress against project schedule and budgets; prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and safety regulations at site.
- Manage site engineers, contractors, and subcontractors for timely delivery of milestones.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to design standards.
- Handle project documentation including DPRs, billing, work orders, material reconciliation, etc.
- Resolve site-related issues and provide engineering solutions during execution.
- Coordinate for material procurement and track inventory on site.
- Liaison with statutory bodies for permits, inspections, and NOCs.
- Strong project management and leadership skills
- Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and project scheduling tools
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of industrial construction standards and codes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Experience with EPC/Turnkey contracts preferred
- Construction of manufacturing plants, warehouses, process industries, or utility buildings
- Experience with pre-engineered buildings (PEB) and heavy foundations
- Working knowledge of MEP coordination on industrial projects
