We are seeking an experienced
Civil Supervisor with a background in CPWD government building projects. The candidate should be capable of handling site supervision, labour management, and ensuring smooth execution of works as per drawings, specifications, and CPWD standards.- Supervise day-to-day civil works including concreting, masonry, plastering, reinforcement, finishing, etc.
- Ensure work is executed as per CPWD specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
- Manage and monitor labour deployment, productivity, and discipline at site.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and clients for smooth execution.
- Maintain daily site records, work progress reports, and manpower details.
- Enforce site safety, housekeeping, and compliance with statutory norms.
- Assist in resolving technical/site-related issues promptly.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks within quality standards
- Education: Diploma/ITI/Certificate in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
- Experience: 5–10 years in CPWD/government building projects.
- Strong knowledge of CPWD norms, construction practices, and site execution.
- Ability to manage site works independently with good coordination skills.
- Willing to relocate and work at any site across India.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
