We are looking for a
Client Associate to support our institutional clients and users in adopting and utilizing our Education Reformation Platform products. The role focuses on client servicing, onboarding, product training, troubleshooting, and ensuring a smooth client experience.- Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and support.
- Conduct client onboarding and product training sessions.
- Document client interactions and prepare reports.
- Analyze client requirements and coordinate with cross-functional teams for solutions.
- Troubleshoot issues and ensure timely service delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in tech stream (0–2 years of experience in client support/service).
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office; quick learner of new tools.
- Service-oriented, adaptable, and able to work under pressure.
