Brand Imprint is looking for a dynamic and proactive
Client Servicing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in client servicing, a strong command of English communication, and a passion for delivering exceptional service. Knowledge of digital marketing will be considered an added advantage.- Serve as the primary point of contact between the client and internal teams.
- Understand client requirements and ensure timely execution of deliverables.
- Coordinate with creative, strategy, and digital teams to ensure smooth project flow.
- Prepare and present regular updates and reports to clients.
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients and work to upsell services when appropriate.
- Handle client queries efficiently and professionally.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a client servicing role, preferably in advertising or digital marketing.
- Bachelor's degree (any stream).
- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage priorities.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts is a plus.
- Willingness to work on-site full-time.
