Client Servicing Executive to be the bridge between our clients and our creative team. - Understand client requirements, preferences, and expectations, and translate them into actionable plans for the internal team.
- Collaborate with the creative, production, and operations teams to deliver memorable wedding experiences.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
- Provide creative inputs and suggestions to enhance event concepts and client proposals.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables effectively.
- Handle client queries, feedback, and resolve issues with a solution-oriented approach.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Creative mindset with a passion for weddings and celebrations.
- Strong interpersonal skills and interest in meeting new people.
- Ability to multitask, manage stress, and deliver under deadlines.
- Prior experience in client servicing, event management, or hospitality is a plus.
