Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage and convert warm leads generated through marketing and site visits into successful bookings.
  • Act as the single point of contact for clients from post-site visit till final sale closure.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and concerns.
  • Conduct price negotiations, assist in financial discussions, and guide clients through paperwork and booking formalities.
  • Coordinate with internal sales teams, channel partners, and developers to ensure smooth communication and quick resolution of queries.
  • Track and maintain accurate sales records and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups, document collection, and payment scheduling.
  • Identify and remove bottlenecks in the closing process to improve conversion efficiency.


Requirements:


  • 2–4 years of experience in real estate sales or client management (closing experience is a must).
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable with CRM tools and sales tracking.
  • Ability to handle multiple clients and deals simultaneously.
  • Highly organized, deadline-driven, and customer-focused.


Job Types: Full-time, Permanent


Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
