We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Collection Executive to join our Finance team at Realatte Ventures. The role involves coordinating with clients for timely payments, maintaining proper records of receivables, and supporting the accounts team to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Maintain updated records of receivables, payment status, and client interactions.
- Follow up with clients for overdue payments via phone, email, and formal communication.
- Coordinate with the internal accounts and servicing teams for invoice accuracy and issue resolution.
- Track and report collection status to management on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Ensure timely escalation of critical payment issues to the finance manager.
- Maintain professional client relations during the collection process.
- Support reconciliation of client accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist in improving collection strategies and cash flow processes.
- Bachelor�s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
- 1�3 years of experience in collection or accounts receivable, preferably in a service-based or agency environment.
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting tools (Tally, Zoho, QuickBooks, or equivalent).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Detail-oriented and organized approach.
Experience in digital marketing or real estate industry collections is a plus.
Knowledge of GST invoicing and basic accounting principles.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
