Food Preparation:


  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, following the recipes and guidelines provided by the head chef or sous chef.
  • Ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest quality standards, with attention to taste, presentation, and portion control.


Quality Control:


  • Maintain consistency in the taste, presentation, and portioning of dishes.
  • Monitor food quality, taste, and texture to ensure customer satisfaction and make necessary adjustments


Teamwork:


  • Collaborate with other members of the kitchen brigade to ensure a smooth and coordinated service.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues to maintain a harmonious working environment.


Sanitation and Safety:


  • Adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation standards, including food safety and cleanliness of the station.
  • Report any equipment issues or safety concerns to the sous chef or executive chef.
